Those modules are, carton set-up, bottom closer, carton load, top closer and main drive / discharge module. These modules provide the ability to configure the cartoner in the most efficient operational plan for your needs. This is not a one size fits all cartoner, it will transform to fit your needs!
Carton Erector
Rotary carton set-up for carton speeds of 50 cartons per minute or more.
•Carton erector uses a rotary carton set-up system with cup rotation to achieve presentation to a pre-break station for hard-to-open cartons.
•The same rotation can be used for bar code verification, reject or the addition of a code in the pre-break station.
An alternative reciprocating carton set-up module is available when carton speeds are less than 50 cartons per minute.
Carton Transport System
Dedicated carton pockets with quick-change capabilities.
Eliminates the space-consuming multiple chains required for an adjustable chain system.
Provides accurate carton control, set-up and loading.
Provides the ability to run smaller cartons, while still allowing a much larger overall carton size range.
For the customer who still desires the multiple chain system for adjustability rather than dedicated buckets, we are offering our vertical with an optional adjustable chain.
Compact Design
The low profile is an excellent ergonomic advantage where the load height can be set to match the best requirements of manual or auto-load systems.
Expandable Servo Drive System
